Project One Motors had no existing digital platform. The dealership required a complete web infrastructure from scratch to present luxury inventory professionally and manage vehicle data in a structured, scalable way.

Approach & Tech Stack
Built entirely from scratch using WordPress (PHP, MySQL) as the core framework. Designed custom post types and structured data models using Advanced Custom Fields (ACF) for vehicle specifications, pricing, mileage, and galleries. Implemented dynamic inventory interactions using JavaScript and AJAX for filtering and smooth browsing. Applied modern CSS (Flexbox, Grid) for responsive, mobile-first layouts. Optimized high-resolution vehicle media through compression, responsive image handling, and performance-focused query logic. Integrated technical SEO foundations including clean permalinks, metadata structure, and schema markup. Deployed on a LAMP stack with Git-based version control for maintainability and scalability.
